I have always had a passion for Cake Decorating and have made many over the years for family and friends. However, when I was asked to make and decorate a 50th Birthday Cake for my Aunt in 2007, everyone was so impressed and suggested that I start my own business making Celebration Cakes. So, here I am, specialising in Individual Cakes designed and made to your specification.
My Mother, a Farmers wife, with years of experience of home baking, is my obvious source for my cakes. We only use Quality ingredients in our cakes, including British Butter, good quality Dried Fruit and French Brandy. I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for most of my working life and have gained a vast amount of experience in catering, running Wedding Receptions and perhaps most importantly, ensuring Customer satisfaction. Whatever the occasion, contact me directly by telephone or e-mail and we will design a Cake that’s right for you. Orders over the value of £100 will be delivered FREE of charge in Dumfries and all other areas will be quoted on application. Unfortunately, I am unable to cater for people with Nut Allergies as I cannot guarantee a nut free environment in our kitchens. |
